EcomTracker — Store Analysis ("the Extension") is a companion to the EcomTracker web platform (https://app.ecomtracker.io). It lets a signed-in EcomTracker user run a store analysis for the e-commerce website open in the current tab.

What we collect and why

• Account credentials (email + password): entered by you on the Extension's sign-in screen and sent over HTTPS only to https://app.ecomtracker.io to obtain an access token. The password is never stored by the Extension and is not retained after the sign-in request.
• Access token: stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) so you stay signed in. It never leaves your device except as the Authorization header sent to the EcomTracker API. It is removed when you sign out.
• Active tab domain: when you click the Extension icon or press "Analyze", the Extension reads only the domain (e.g. example.com) of the current tab to pre-fill the store to analyze, and sends that domain to the EcomTracker API. We do not read page content, form inputs, browsing history, or any other tabs.
• Server URL (optional): if you change the API endpoint (advanced setting), it is stored locally in chrome.storage.local.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not use the data for advertising or third-party analytics.
• We do not track your browsing activity.
• We do not inject scripts into the pages you visit.

Permissions

• sidePanel — render the analysis UI in Chrome's side panel.
• tabs — read the URL (domain) of the active tab to know which store to analyze.
• storage — store your access token and optional server URL locally.
• host_permissions: https://app.ecomtracker.io/* — call the EcomTracker API.

Data processing & retention

Analysis is performed by the EcomTracker platform and is governed by the EcomTracker Privacy Policy at https://ecomtracker.io. The Extension itself stores only the access token and optional settings locally on your device, which you can clear at any time by signing out or removing the Extension.

EcomTracker — Store Analysis («Расширение») — клиент к платформе EcomTracker (https://app.ecomtracker.io). Оно позволяет авторизованному пользователю EcomTracker запустить анализ интернет-магазина, открытого в текущей вкладке.

Какие данные мы собираем и зачем

• Учётные данные (email + пароль): вводятся вами на экране входа и передаются по HTTPS только на https://app.ecomtracker.io для получения токена доступа. Пароль Расширением не сохраняется и не хранится после запроса входа.
• Токен доступа: хранится локально в браузере (chrome.storage.local), чтобы вы оставались в системе. Не покидает устройство, кроме как в заголовке Authorization к API EcomTracker. Удаляется при выходе.
• Домен активной вкладки: при нажатии на иконку или кнопку «Анализ» считывается только домен (например, example.com) текущей вкладки и отправляется в API EcomTracker. Мы не читаем содержимое страниц, поля форм, историю просмотров и другие вкладки.
• Адрес сервера (опционально): при изменении endpoint API хранится локально в chrome.storage.local.

Чего мы НЕ делаем

• Мы не продаём и не сдаём в аренду ваши данные.
• Мы не используем данные для рекламы или сторонней аналитики.
• Мы не отслеживаем вашу активность в браузере.
• Мы не внедряем скрипты на посещаемые вами страницы.
